SHIPPING

  • What Does Print On Demand Mean?
    • It's exactly as it sounds, actually! As soon as you place your order, my manufacturer (Gelato) will begin printing it and ship it from their facility. I choose to do this because I currently don't have the space to hold inventory or the ability to personally pack all orders. Ideally, this will be temporary until I am able to get more space. 
  • How Long Does Shipping Take?
    • Please allow at least 7-10 business days for your order to arrive! If, for any reason, it takes longer than that do not hesitate to reach out. I will happily look into it on your behalf.
  • How Did My Items Ship Separately? 
    • Unfortunately, because Gelato has multiple different facilities, part of your order may go to one place while the other part goes to another. It's not ideal, and I am currently trying to figure out if they're able to package all items in one order to prevent longer wait times. 

PACKINGING 

  • Is Packing Recyclable?
    • To my knowledge, yes! All packaging should be biodegradable and sturdy, so your items arrive safely! Because everywhere is different, please double-check the guidelines for your town. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

  • My Item came damaged/ in poor quality! Can I return it?
    • I'm sadly unable to offer refunds if the item is damaged during the shipping period, as I have no control over how it may be handled. If your item is damaged, please reach out to the mail company! However, if the print or sticker is torn, I can either offer a refund or request a reprint on your behalf!
    • Items that are printed in really bad quality will be refunded or, if you would like, I can request a reprint free of charge. When reaching out, just take a picture as best you can.
